This was an easy read filled with family drama, laughs, travel and swoon! I ended up reading this in one day as the story just flowed and I was keen to (hopefully) get to a happy ending. I liked Heather and was cheering for her from the side although at the same time wanting her to stop burying her feelings. It was also a nice inclusion of the chapters set aside for Bon and Sandy, to hear about their backstories of love and heartbreak.

The setting of Peru for most of the story was interesting and made for a good grounding for the drama. Travelling with the three generations of this family did make me cringe with how they behaved but they needed to get it all out and run towards what they needed.

Overall a great summer read.
